It is the present of the nature that keeps teeth and healthy gums.

The miswak is the root of a shrub called Arrack ( Salvadora Persica), which grows very slowly in sands of Africa and Asia. Its natural fiber eliminates easily the rests of food and also serves to clean the tongue; in antibacterial effect, it cleanses the breath and improves the sense of the taste. It is good for the gums and fights the dental plaque.

Councils of use:

It is necessary to rinse at first the stick of Miswak in the drinking water.

Then, begin by chewing one of the extremities on 2cm approximately, until fibers part: we can then use it as a toothbrush, by rubbing teeth from top to bottom and from left to right and by chewing the extremity. Fibers fit slowly between teeth and help to delete the rests of food and to delete the dental plaque. Having finished, having rinsed itself the mouth and having washed the stick with some drinking water, and having kept it in a dry and fresh place.

In a purpose of hygiene and efficiency, if fibers are lacking or seem dirty or damaged, to cut the part already used to find its full efficiency.
