Tips for use:

It is recommended to chew and swallow successively, once a day, in the order indicated, the tablets of series 1 to 10.

Your blister pack contains 7 doses, or 70 tablets. You follow the order of intake starting with 1 and then 2... up to 10. The take is complete when you have chewed the 10th tablet.
