Mes parents (95 ans) en prennent régulièrement dès qu'ils se sentent plus faibles. Cela leur redonne du tonus. Selon leur points faibles ils ajoutent après les nutris adaptés.

J'utilise depuis bientôt 2 ans les différents nutri, guidée par ma naturopathe qui se forme en nutripuncture. J'en suis très contente. Certaines séquences ont des effets "visibles" (notamment quand elles visent à débloquer certaines émotions) alors que d'autres demandent plus de perspicacité pour voir un mieux. Je recommande !!!

J'ai senti la différence en moins d'une semaine. Je le prends avec le 27, donc je ne sais pas lequel fait quoi exactement, je suppose que les deux travaillent ensemble, mais en tout cas, je suis ravie.
